From British and Seychellois descent, Bella Rose was born in Australia but grew up on the small island of Mallorca in Spain, where her parents worked on boats. She is fully bilingual as a result (Spanish/English). Due to her nomadic background she has a profound love for culture, diversity and the arts. Having come to acting via modelling she decided to take time out in order to re-train as an actress at The Oxford School of Drama.
