Chris was born in Cape Town, South Africa. Prior to attending OSD he was part of the Cape town Gilbert and Sullivan Society and was cast in the film Spud starring John Cleese. He moved to London in 2014 and trained on the Foundation Course at The Oxford School of Drama prior to being accepted onto the Three Year Acting Course.
