Nusrath (she/her) is a Muslim Bengali actor, born and raised in East London. Before joining The Oxford School of Drama, she read English at the University of Cambridge, where she led the city’s first ever society built to support Global Majority actors and creatives, working with CUADC and the Footlights to address issues of structural inequality. She is an avid singer, writer and comedian and is currently re-working her one woman show, ‘Nusrath Tapadar: Hijabi to Hoejabi to Nojabi.’
