Sam was born and raised in the South West in a small village just outside Bath. Prior to training at the Oxford School of Drama, Sam studied Religion and Philosophy at King’s College London alongside performing as much as he could. He has maintained a lifelong passion for writing and in 2018 he co-wrote a radio play (Close Both Eyes) for the BBC starring Toby Jones and Fiona Shaw. He hopes to continue writing alongside performing after he graduates.
