Aiobheann opens on at the Lyric Theatre Belfast on 4 May in Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire. The production, directed by Irish Times Theatre Award winning director, Emma Jordan , runs until 8 June.
Williams’ play won a Pulitzer Prize and the central role of Blanche DuBois is one of his most famous. Streetcar follows her as she attempts to escape her former life and past trauma.
This is Aiobheann’s first time performing on the Lyric Theatre stage. Her previous theatre credits include productions at Dublin’s Gate Theatre and Belgrade Theatre, Coventry.
