What motivated you to join the Oxford School of Drama Board of Trustees?

As a former student, Oxford played a positive and significant part in my life. From the benefit of my experiences since graduating, I recognized the importance of ensuring that all students are equipped and supported to deal with the challenges they will face in the industry. Confidence in themselves as creative professionals is a vital tool to withstand the rigours of the real world.

What would you like to contribute or achieve as part of your role?

During my time on the Board, we have already seen significant changes in the school’s history. It’s my hope and intention that the future of The Oxford School of Drama offers the best training, accessible to the very best talent in an open, safe and inclusive environment where all students can fulfil their potential.
