She/Her

Georgia is an Anglo-Hungarian actor who makes her own clothes and has an obsession with the women of Greek Tragedies. From an inappropriately young age, she has reenacted Gavin and Stacey episodes in flawless accents for anyone who will listen, but her ambition to act professionally was truly awakened when she played the eponymous role in a school production of Antigone at 17. This experience ignited a fervent search for strong, dark female characters whom Georgia hopes to portray in future work. The path to now has been indirect but fruitful: she initially studied a BA in Costume Production at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and very nearly became a primary school teacher before gaining her place at OSD – but Georgia is thrilled to have finally come home to the stage and set and can’t wait for the next steps of her career. A career which, she hopes, will include being the first person to walk down a red carpet wearing an outfit she made herself, possibly towards an awaiting BAFTA… who knows!
