Raised among the hills of the Lake District in Cumbria, Lucy grew up with an obsession for storytelling. She later read English Literature at the University of Edinburgh, graduating with a First – though much of her time was spent in other people’s shoes: on stage, in short films and Fringe festivals. After graduating in 2024, Lucy completed an Acting Diploma at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama before training at the Oxford School of Drama. Here, she has discovered just how delicious the disorder of being human can be for an actor, which she cannot wait to chase across her work. Alongside acting, Lucy has illustrated a Penguin novel series and is a devoted pianist and writer. Offstage, she can be found walking her dog and test-running accents (hopefully not at the same time…).
