Benjy is an Anglo-Scottish actor raised in West Oxfordshire. With a Scottish father and a mother raised in San Roque, he was brought up in a passionate, expressive household. He first discovered acting in a Year 3 production of Hagbane’s Doom, and performing at the Edinburgh Fringe at fourteen sparked a desire to pursue the craft professionally. After graduating from UWE Bristol in Drama and Acting, Benjy played Don Pedro in Wild Goose Theatre’s open-air Much Ado About Nothing in Oxford before earning a place at OSD to further hone his craft. From the ages of 15 to 24, he toured over sixty music and arts festivals with a food-truck company, an experience that shaped his understanding of people, storytelling, and hard work. Outside of acting, Benjy is a sports enthusiast, an avid guitar player, and a playwright.
