James was born in London and has lived in Bromley his entire life. While studying English Literature at Durham, he got involved in the Drama Society and his passion for acting began to grow. His love of film began earlier, watching classics on Sunday evenings with his Dad. His time at Durham, combined with a lifelong love of cinema, cemented his desire to pursue acting professionally, and he has relished a year of training and growth at OSD. In James’ spare time, you can find him playing the guitar, reading, or losing 5-a-side football games with his friends every Wednesday night.
