Amaka grew up in South East London and is of Nigerian heritage. She is fluent in Igbo, her native language. Amaka is well-versed in commercial and ensemble work and has trained with the Identity School of Acting and the National Youth Theatre. She graduated with a first-class honours law degree from the University of East Anglia. Alongside acting, Amaka is also passionate about charity work, a keen runner and currently learning French.
