Hailing from the Cotswolds, Daniel has jumped on every creative opportunity he’s been able to get his hands on: Backyard filmmaking with his friends soon became running his Sixth Form’s theatre company, taking a devised show to the Edinburgh Fringe; a T.I.E tour with Peer Productions; and then the Three Year course at OSD. While at OSD, Daniel has crowd-surfed twice, picked up some permanently grazed knees courtesy of the foursquare court, and rinsed Woodstock’s British Red Cross for all it’s worth — “don’t even bother,” he says. Daniel is also a writer for the National Youth Film Academy, and has penned both comedic and dramatic work for stage and screen, with more on the way. He also makes a “surprisingly good” burger, and can tell an absolute corker of a joke — if you’ve 20 minutes to spare.
