Freya’s passion for all things creative stems from her involvement in the local drama group and choir, in her hometown of Carlisle. Growing up watching the Theatre by the Lake’s eccentric and quirky plays awakened her appreciation for melodramatic, experimental and tragicomic productions. She then joined the National Youth Theatre and participated in drama festivals which have ignited a love for lots of different types of theatre and screen.
Freya loves a competitive game of tennis, the Operation Mincemeat musical (which she may or may not have seen four times so far), pottery making, piano, poetry, and is currently writing her first play.
