Isabelle is an actor from Blackpool; its rich theatrical history and bright lights inspired her from a young age. She worked as a ‘scarer’ at the Blackpool Tower Dungeons, though she hopes her training has led to far less terrifying performances since. After completing a foundation course at East 15, Isabelle moved to London, working at the Old Red Lion Theatre before gaining a place at The Oxford School of Drama. During her time at OSD, Isabelle found a love for costume support, and she often took on this role for various productions, but the role of Abigail Williams in The Crucible will stay with her as her OSD highlight. Playing a ‘villain’ (although the stark feminist in her questions her ‘villain’ label. Powerful woman…maybe?) was a joyful contrast to Isabelle’s notoriously bubbly and friendly personality. Offstage, Isabelle is a voracious reader (getting through a book a week), a lover of all things Sci-Fi, and dreams of one day moving to NYC with her two cats, Winnie and Muriel.
