Janik was born and raised in London and with Sri Lankan heritage. As a keen singer he originally studied Music at the University of Surrey taking part in numerous choirs and performances. He hopes to combine his previous experiences with his current training for a diverse career as an actor. Prior to retraining as an actor, Janik briefly worked in Corporate Risk Management
