Kofo is a British-Nigerian-American actor. Born in Washington DC, he spent his childhood in Nigeria before settling in London. Believing himself destined to be prime minister, he set his sights on Oxford University where he was accepted to read History. It was there that he learnt the way to affect real change in the world is by opening people’s hearts and minds through art rather than politics. He didn’t want to merely study the stories of humanity, he wanted to tell them himself. His fascination with the human condition and his inherent penchant for theatrics ultimately led him to the Oxford School of Drama after completing his degree. Kofo is a budding writer, developing a passion for it at OSD and finishing his first play. He hopes to use his cosmopolitan and multicultural upbringing – to which he credits his creative mind – to tell unique, new, and necessary stories.
