Lou is a New Zealand-born British actor raised in rural Wiltshire. Growing up in the ‘middle of nowhere’, he found entertainment in his father’s vast CD and DVD collection, sparking a lifelong obsession with art. Influenced by figures from David Bowie to James Dean to Mr Bean, Lou has always believed in the transformative power of art and hopes his work can offer others the same formative experiences that shaped him. In addition to acting, Lou is a musician, composer, and producer, releasing music under the pseudonym End of August. At drama school, he has composed original scores for productions such as The Crucible, Electra and Her Shadow, and Blank (which he also co-directed). Outside of his artistic pursuits, Lou enjoys playing football and cricket and is a lifelong Chelsea fan (for which he apologises). Through training at The Oxford School of Drama, Lou has refined his inherently bold acting style and is excited to dive headfirst into the industry.
