Born in Merthyr Tydfil, Thomas grew up in and around the South Wales Valleys where he was immersed in the Welsh traditions of singing, poetry and performance. Prior to training at The Oxford School of Drama, he completed an English Degree at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. Alongside acting, Thomas is also a keen runner, traveller and writer.
