Impacting Change
Impacting Change for our Students
Without knowing it, you are likely to have watched an Oxford School of Drama graduate on stage or screen recently. Their success is only possible with the generous support of people like you. Our students have appeared with distinction at theatre institutions such as The National Theatre, The RSC, The Royal Court, and Shakespeare’s Globe. As well as on-screen for AppleTV+, Disney, The BBC, and AMC, among others.
From The Edinburgh Fringe to The Marvel Cinematic Universe, the creative world we inhabit is only ever enriched by further deepening the diversity of the arts sector. To achieve our goals of enhancing access, student experience, and curriculum, we have to be able to respond to the differing financial needs of all applicants.
Students can seek financial support in a number of ways, with the help of our supporters we can offer both emergency hardship funding as well as bursaries and scholarships.
Below you will find a table that details what some suggested donations would cover for one student.
£100 | Covers the cost of ‘blacks’ – the leotards, leggings, practice skirts, and shoes that a student is required to wear in classes and rehearsals. |
£600 | Covers food and living expenses (excluding rent) for one term. |
£1,000 | Covers rent for one term |
£6,200 | Course fee for one term |
£18,600 | Course fee for one year |
