
Lucy has been nominated by The Royal Theatrical Support Trust Award for this prestigious award for emerging theatre directors.
The RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award Scheme is designed for the benefit of directors who have already built up a track record of professional directing experience and who are ready for the opportunity provided by the Scheme to progress to directing a production in the main house, or a comparably high-profile auditorium, of a regional theatre.
Lucy is currently Resident Director on National Theatre’s A Taste of Honey by Shelagh Delaney starring Jodie Prenger which tours the UK from September 2019:
Prior to that Lucy directed Celebrate by Callum Cameron for Fledgling Theatre at the 2010 Vault Festival, which had previously been shortlisted for the Finborough Theatre’s 2018 Radius Drama Award.
